A map specifically made for the server Progaming, and a pretty OK-ish map for the mod. A few years ago I already recorded this map, but didn’t have a 4K version yet. I remembered I liked it a lot (as it’s being played quite often), however looking at it now I’m a little bit more critical. Whilst the balance isn’t too bad during the map’s main trajectory, the ending part with the helicopter is extremely boring and completely unfair for zombies, because the large gate blocks the flow of gameplay and literally makes zombie players give up when it gets closed before a zombie can make it through. Essentially, it’s a free pass for humans as zombies can never get on the platform in time before the heli leaves for the rescue.
Other than that, it’s a nice and fun map. Enjoy!
GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape
Zombie Escape is a Source Mod that runs in CS, CS:S and CS:GO. The goal is to escape as a team (CT’s) from the infected (T) that get randomly chosen each round. During the escaping attempt, random and fixed events may happen that reward special items to aid in pushing back the zombies. If the team succeeds in surviving, they win and the zombies are slayed.
If the opposite is true, all humans will become infected and all hope is lost! Make sure to bring good teamwork to the table as you’ll need it to overcome some of the harder challenges such as boss battles and giant zombie hordes.
